Returns & Exchanges Policy

All returns need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

You can get an RMA number online or by calling 800-943-2316.

Once you get your RMA, you have 15 days to send the item back.

Send all returns to:

  • If you don’t have a return label, clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label.
  • Include a copy of your RMA and the original invoice inside the package.
  • Special order items cannot be returned.
  • Approved refunds include item price and taxes, minus restocking or packaging fees.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • All returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund.
  • If your return is not approved, it will be shipped back at your expense.
  • If you send the wrong item, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Returning New and Unused Items

  • Items under $15 cannot be returned.
  • You must pay for return shipping.
  • Approved returns may include a 15% restocking fee.

To get credit:

  1. Send your return within 30 days of the invoice date.
  2. The item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice in the box.
  4. Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label.
  5. Do not write on the product’s original box.

Items not in resalable condition will not be credited.

Defective Items

  • We follow the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • LG parts and tools have a 90-day limited warranty from delivery.
  • A replacement part will be billed upfront.
  • You will receive a free return label for defective items.

For defective returns, provide:

  • The model and serial number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Damaged Parts

Inspect your order immediately. Report any damage to the shipper and Encompass within 5 business days. Without this report, damage claims may be denied.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item or missing parts, contact Encompass within 5 business days through the website. Choose “Warranty / Replacement” and explain the issue.

A replacement part will be billed upfront.
A free return label will be provided for the incorrect item.
Credit is issued once the item is received.

International Returns

  • You are responsible for all shipping, duties, and customs fees.
  • Cored items must be returned at your expense.
  • We recommend checking local repair parts options.

Lost Packages

  1. Check carrier tracking for delivery confirmation.
  2. If marked “delivered,” Encompass is not responsible unless signature delivery was requested.
  3. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will issue a credit.

Core Returns

  • Return cores within 30 days of invoice date.
  • No credit after 30 days.
  • Use the manufacturer’s original box.
  • Credit only applies to the number of purchased items.
  • Cores must be in good condition.
  • Damaged cores will not be credited and will be returned at your expense.
